Who I Am / Qui suis-je ?
My name is Elisabeth. I am a building pathologies expert and certified real estate
valuer, based near Montpellier, working largely in Occitania (mainly : Hérault, Gard,
Aude, Pyrenees Orientales, Haute Garonne, Tarn, Aveyron, Lozère…). I help
international newcomers buy safely, avoid unpleasant surprises, and settle smoothly
in the region. I speak fluent English and have deep local knowledge of Occitania.
Je m’appelle Elisabeth. Je suis experte en pathologies du bâtiment et en évaluation
immobilière. J’aide les expatriés à acheter en toute sécurité, éviter les mauvaises
surprises et s’installer sereinement dans la région. Je parle anglais couramment et je
connais très bien l’Occitanie.
